    I had never heard of Andy Stott prior to coming across this track on Youtube. Now that i have, he will definitely be a name to remember. This dub influenced low bpm banger, containing a very progressive song structure, is perfect for starting your day off or kicking back and taking in some sunshine. I will be on the lookout for more forward thinking tunes from Andy Stott, as well as the Modern Love label.

    And The B-side. Comes equipped with more big bass and haunting reverb.

    On to something a little different. Big tune here. A Burial’esque style dubstep (more like soul step to me) track from a young chap from London called James Blake. The UK is putting out some amazing stuff as always. Loving that real smooth dubby garage type flavour. This ones set to be released on the 31st of this month on R&S Records.
